We ship only to the address supplied to us by eBay per eBay policy.
Shipping Exclusions
Sorry, we do not currently ship to international destinations. Large items can only be shipped to the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO or FPO due to extreme shipping costs.
Returns
We provide a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please reach out to us FIRST via eBay messages and allow us to resolve the issue directly with you rather than opening a Return Request. YOU are Our customer and we are your seller, not eBay.
Please note that if an item is returned either missing pieces or in worse condition than when we shipped it, there will be a 20% to 50% refund deduction to cover the reduced value of the item, as appropriate.
