Check your router details and see if it supports the required major LTE bands required for tmobile:
Band 2 = 1900 MHz, Band 4 = 1700/2100 MHz,
Band 12 = 700 MHz, Band 71 = 600MhZ

This plan does not support:
Nighthawk M1-MR1100 (gets throttled) or any T-mobile branded Hotspots (won’t work).
You may have issues with name brand-hotspots too (like some netgear devices).
Setup:
You will need to change your devices APN settings to the standard Tmobile 4G LTE APN
If you are using an LTE router with custom firmware, change the TTL output to 64, 65 or 66 (test each one). This will improve reliability.

What Phones can be used with Ultra Mobile?
To use Ultra Mobile service, you will need an unlocked GSM phone, which accepts Regular, Micro, or Nano SIM card.
Use the latest 4G VoLTE capable devices and 5G devices covering bands 2, 4, 12, and 71 to use Ultra Mobile services.
Once your account is activated, simply insert your SIM card into your device, make sure to update your data settings, and you will be good to go!
Eligibility requirements include the following
:
Customers must be new subscribers who have not been an Ultra customer during the past 60 days; i.e. the phone number cannot have been active in our system within the last 60 days.
Device was not recently on T-Mobile's network: customers device cannot have been active with T-Mobile, or on any other T-Mobile network carrier (including Ultra) within the last 60 days.
Port-ins from T-Mobile or any other T-Mobile network carriers not eligible.
Eligibility is based on Ultra Mobile?s reporting and discretion.
