Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (we'll deduct the shipping we paid, ranges from .00 to .00 depends on the product) only for non-customized products.
Prescription dive masks with different prescription for each eye will not be returable as they are customized products.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error by sending you a pre-paid shipping label (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
