the scanner is the most important and expensive tool for drive test, network plan, RF interference checking, if the scanner can not connect to the software (and different version) to the verification and testing, that means the tool is useless, no need to buy; also please be aware the used product warranty (at least 3 months), if no any warranty or repair/recover time more than 3 weeks, just take care it. Ebay maybe can protect your money lost if you meet such situation.
Please be aware it will NOT ship to Iran.

Up for sale here is this Moseley Associates Inc Aural STL Transmitter.  The front is marked Model PCL 505 and the back is marked "KRXV" and "Model PCL-505/C 948.500 MHz."  This is in fairly decent condition with moderate overall wear, and the "RFL PWR" button is missing.  The top cover is included but the screws for it are missing, and the cover has some bends.  This is completely untested and I have no idea what it's for or how to test it.  It is sold as non-working, for parts/repair/restoration.
Please see my pictures for details.
