Returns
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will instruct you on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Returning an Item
- If you would like to return a product due to shipping damage, or you received the wrong item in error.... please contact us at within 48 hours of when you received the product. We will be glad to replace the item or refund your money! If you are returning the product for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned if more than 14 days has passed since your order was marked as SHIPPED. No refunds will be given on used/installed/modified products! No refunds will be given on items missing parts, paperwork or where the original box is beat-up beyond reasonable shipping conditions. No refunds/returns on opened electronics. Please contact us with any questions/concerns before installing and/or modifying parts. There is a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on unopened/unused returned products. The Cressi Lima is a compact and lightweight knife that can be fitted in a variety of positions for easy access. The sheath features a lock slider to safely secure the knife and prevent accidental loss that can be easily operated with one hand. The blade has a standard cutting edge as well as a serrated edge with small line/rope cutter.
