This is a used item. This unit powers on, the fan runs, and the display reads, "946.000". The small toggle switch on the front panel for the voltage adjustment is bent, but still works fine at this time. This unit has a rattle sound inside that we noticed while moving it around to take the pictures, but we are not able to determine if it is effecting any function at this time. We are not able to test this unit further, but it does come with a 30 day warranty. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
