AT&T or VOIP but can easily be ported to T Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Google voice, any prepaid(except At&t prepaid) or MVNO carrier.

After the payment I will email and send a message in ebay with the porting information of the 212 Number in
12 to 24 hours.
Once you submit the port request it will take 4 to 48 hours to be ported in (excluding weekend)
